Maddox recently had an eye exam. His vision has not gotten any worse in the last six months. Dr. Bashinsky may put glasses on Maddox to protect his eyes when he attends a school program that is larger than his current class size at Asheville Arts. At this time there are only 5 kids in Maddie's class at preschool. Children with low vision must protect the vision they have and glasses will be the way Maddie will have to do this. Maddox is very cautious due to his lack of vision but Dr. Bashinsky told us that the other children are the problem, they are not always careful. Once again, Maddie Moo was a star patient ~ no tears when they dilated his eyes!
