As you can see Maddox is growing! He has found his voice and we are hearing new noises everyday. Laughs, giggles, yips and yelps, all wonderful sounds coming from our little one. Maddie is also enjoying new foods. He is a fruit lover ~ peaches and bananas are the favorites so far. We are hiding the carrots and the peas in the fruit because those don't always make it to the tummy.
Many of you know Maddie had a MRI on his eyes before the holidays. Maddie will have trouble with his sight due to damage to his optic nerve in both eyes. The extent of the damage does not alarm the doctor at this point. Most likely, Maddie will wear classes most of his life. If the doctor is not alarmed, we are not alarmed. His vision will be monitored closely as he grows.
No other new to report at this time. Thank you for your continued thoughts and prayers for the health of our little man.
