More stuff

Hey everybody,

Amy and I have spent most of the afternoon with our boy. He is still doing good and he looks the best since before he went into surgery. Most of the puffiness has gone down and he looks like my boy again.

The Doctor's came by on their rounds. They are most likely going to take his catheter out of his bladder later. This is because he is peeing well and because they have lowered his diuretic.

He seems to be tolerating his feedings pretty good too. No poopies yet, but the doses are small. Maybe he can surprise a nurse tonight when they change his diaper.

They had to put on another monitor on his head the other day when he got sick. The same thing that caused such a bad rash with blisters after they pulled it off because it was so sticky. The nurse took that off a few hours ago as well. This nurse was much more careful and it looks a lot better.

Amy and I are very pleased with the progress that he has made in the last 48 hours. He still has a ways to go, but any progress at this point is good. He keeps getting better everyday, and if he keeps this up, he can't stay at the hospital forever.

Please continue to pray for him to keep tolerating doing more on his own and for the infection to go away real soon.

Your Friends,

Amy, Luke, and "Mr. MaGoo" Maddox
