Maddox had a great day.
The nurse did a lot of chest PT (physical therapy) today. Even though Maddox does not like the PT, it really helps him breath better. Maddox was much less congested this evening than this morning. If he maintains through the night we will get to move to the floor tomorrow with him.
We spent a lot of time holding him today. It is a good thing he likes it! Maddox enjoys listening to music all day. The nurse got tired of lullaby's and gave him some Bonnie Rait to listen to. She even sang to him! He seemed to enjoy it.
Please pray for Maddox's throat to heal. He can't tell us but we think it hurts him because every time he coughs, he cries. Then he holds his breath, trying not to cough again. Coughing is good for him but it sure is a pitiful little cry.

Hey guys! I'm so glad that Maddie is continuing to do better! Tell him Uncle Brandon is thinking of him and will hopefully get to see him soon!

I will be praying for Maddie's throat and the coughing. He will make it, he is a tough little guy and so cute, what a beautiful baby, so anxious to meet him!! So thrilled that each and every day he gets better and better.

It looks like he is doing wonders. Hope he gets to go to the floor tomorrow and that you all get to come home soon. If there is anything we can do don't hesitate to ask.

Will be praying for Maddox's cough to become pain free but productive in getting the congestion gone. So glad to read all the good news. Hendersonville is waiting and praying for all of you.
Our thoughts & prayers are still with you all. He is looking amazing! You have traveled a long road and hopefully it will soon be leading you all home. Maddie is a tuff little man. Just look in those little eyes. He'll be home soon! Cant wait to see you again!

WHAT A BLESSING TO HEAR THAT HE IS DOING SO GOOD SO SOON AFTER THE SURGERY.THE PICTURES ARE GREAT!
